How We Diagnose Bunions?

To diagnose a bunion, Dr Vikram Bala evaluates: 
 

  • Foot alignment, arch mechanics, and joint motion

  • Areas of tenderness and shoe pressure points

  • X-rays to measure the deformity and assess joint health - If needed, advanced imaging may be used to guide surgical planning.
