He is accepting new patients at Rizk Orthopedics' Northside and Clay County offices.

Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Dr. Bala received his Bachelor of Science degree in
Neurobiology and Physiology from the University of Maryland in College Park, MD. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. possible. Dr Bala has been in private practice, treating patients here in Jacksonville, since 2021.

Dr. Bala is a devoted patient advocate who emphasizes patient education, evidence-based
care, and a team-based approach to treatment. He partners closely with his patients to ensure
they understand their diagnosis and all available options, and he works with them to select
individualized treatment plans that best fit their unique needs and lifestyles—from conservative
